Agile Talks 01.06.2017: Freiheit braucht Regeln.

You gotta have rules in order to be free... At the next Agile Talks (www.agiletalks.de/talks/27-04-2017.html) on April 27th 2017, I will hold a talk and group discussion on the question of how much "freedom" in the working environment is really helpful, and what it means to be able to keep things "under control" without somehow forcing people to do things. In this world of self-organization, we have gone past what everyone knows as "people empowerment" to a world where collaboration, participation, creativity and general freedom to take responsibility are more important than "reporting lines" and "directives". So let's find out what it means to be very open and free about how people go about their jobs, while at the same time not neglecting the fact that we do need structure, common rules, and yes - even boundaries.
